DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Service: Most orders are posted within 2 - 4 days and delivered by the Royal Mail to you some 1 - 3 days later (depending on your choice of First or Second Class postal charges) making a total of about 3-7 days between you ordering and your receipt of the parcel.

Priority Service: We will endeavour to post your order within 1 day of receipt with the Royal Mail delivering it to you usually on the next day making a total of 2-3 days. To take full advantage of the priority service you should choose First Class post in the shopping basket. To select Priority Service please click on the button below (a charge of £5 will be added in the shopping basket in addition to the postal charges).

Regrettably, standard labels cannot be ordered using the priority service.

Note:
Priority Service Orders will be processed and posted usually within 24 hours. (Orders received on a Friday will normally be despatched on the following Monday whilst orders received over the weekend will be deemed to have been received on the Monday and should be posted usually on the Tuesday). Please note that the extra payment means only that your order will be processed promptly and posted by us as quickly as possible. We are not able to guarantee any date or time of delivery by the Royal Mail - though it is our experience that their First Class service (which we have been using for many years) is usually very reliable. We do obtain from the Post Office a 'Certificate of Posting' stamped with the day of posting for every parcel. If we fail to send your order within 2 days of receipt then we will refund the Priority Service charge - this is the limit of our liability.

Please also note that the use of the word ‘days’ above means working days - i.e. not weekends and bank holidays.
