1) SHOPPING

SHOPPING BASKET
Whilst in this page you are able to change the quantities of the
items you have ordered - alter the quantity and click on the 'Recalculate'
button at the bottom of the page.
Click on 'remove' if you no longer want a particular item.
Before going any further you must select the
correct post & packing zone if you are ordering from outside the
UK or providing a delivery address outside the UK.
Click on the 'Continue Shopping' button if you want to purchase further items.
Click the 'Checkout' button to
access the Checkout
CHECKOUT
Enter billing and delivery addresses under the confirmation of your
order.
(If you want to change the quantities you will have to use the Browser's
back button to return to the Shopping Basket)
Tick the Remember Me box if you want your computer to store your
billing & delivery address details so that you will not have to fill
in the details again if and when you return to this site.
Click the button at the bottom of the page to access
the secure payment pages where you will be able to complete your order
by entering your credit card details.
Your credit card details are processed by WorldPay (a subsidiary of the Royal
Bank of Scotland) - we do not
have access to these details at any time.

5) DELIVERY
Usually we aim to despatch most orders within 2 - 4 working days of receipt - though
we strive to better these times! Please note that
these despatch times may be lengthened to 15 days or so during busy
periods or staff holidays - though a
prominent warning is usually placed on the web site if this occurs.
Standard delivery is via the
Royal Mail 2nd Class Postal Service which usually takes about 2 - 3 days. If you
have chosen to use First Class postage then delivery is usually the day
following despatch.
Please note that most items ordered will be delivered in packets which
are too big to go through standard size letterboxes - hence the postman
will be knocking on your door. If you would prefer the packet to be
delivered elsewhere (eg place of work or neighbour, etc) please complete
the delivery address boxes in the Shopping Basket.
5) PRIORITY
SERVICE
If you have paid extra for the priority service your order
will be processed and posted usually within 24 hours.
(Orders received on a Friday will normally be despatched on the following
Monday whilst orders received over
the weekend should be posted usually on the Tuesday). To take
full advantage of this offer First Class postage must be selected in the
Shopping Basket.
Please note that this extra payment means only that your order will be
processed promptly and posted by us as quickly as possible. We are not able
to guarantee any date or time of delivery by the Royal Mail though it is
our experience that their First Class service (which we have been using
for many years) is usually very reliable.
Regrettably, standard labels cannot be ordered using the priority
service.

NON - DELIVERY
We do obtain certificates of
posting for each parcel we post, so in the rare event of the order not
reaching you, it is imperative that you contact us by phone (01474 873
835) no later than 10 days from the time you receive the despatch
email so that the matter can be investigated by us and the Post
Office.
When the Post Office attempt to deliver a parcel and find the premises
unoccupied they should leave a card telling you that there is a parcel
awaiting collection at your local sorting office. We have found, on a
number of occasions, that the card is either not left in the first place
or missed by the householder. (This especially happens in a block of
flats with a communal front door). Consequently the parcel
is often just sitting on the shelf at the sorting office awaiting
collection. Hence the matter can often be resolved if you check with
your local sorting office (or indeed even with your neighbours).

6) CHRISTMAS
ORDERS
Please order early for Christmas - delivery times may be a little
longer than those quoted above.
Usually, for all destinations within the UK, all orders received by 17th
December will be posted in time for Xmas.
Please see order forms for up to date information about last posting
dates.
Other destinations:- please order before 15th Nov.

7) PRIVACY
The data collected in the forms on this web site is used only for
the purposes of completing your order. It is not used by us (or
knowingly passed to any other company) for marketing or any other
purposes.

8) MAIL
ORDER GUARANTEE
Purchases made over the internet are subject to
the current Distance Selling Regulations. However, where, as in this
case, the product is personalised to the customers specification the
seven day 'cooling off' period, as well as the right to cancel, do not
apply.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the product we will be happy to
replace the goods or make a full refund (which ever you prefer).
Please let us know of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible -
certainly within 14 days of receipt.
Do not
return the pack of stationery to us without
contacting us first. In the event that we require the goods to be returned, you must
carefully repack them in a suitable padded envelope so they reach us in
an undamaged condition.

d) Accessing
Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket page can be
accessed once you click on the 'ADD to Shopping Basket' button at the
bottom of each Confirmation Page. However - if you are having
difficulty getting to the basket it may mean that the shopping basket
Server is offline. If this is the case then you will not be able to
continue to the Payment Pages to pay for the order online.
Unfortunately this means that you will have to either try again later
or, if you prefer, you can phone us on 01474 873835 to place your
order.

must select the correct post & packing zone and have clicked the
ADD SHIPPING button on the Shopping Basket page. You must do this even
though you are ordering from the UK.
The payment pages are processed by WorldPay (a part of the Royal Bank
of Scotland Group) and can be accessed by clicking on the CONTINUE
button on the final Shopping Basket page. If this fails then it
probably means that the WorldPay server is offline.
Unfortunately this means that you will have to either try again later
