STANDARD
SERVICE: Most orders are posted within

PRIORITY SERVICE: We will endeavour to post your order within

Please note that Standard Range Labels are
excluded from the Priority Service.
Note:
Priority Service Orders will be processed and posted usually within 24
hours. (Orders received on a Friday will normally be despatched on the
following Monday whilst orders received over the weekend will be deemed to
have been received on the Monday and should be posted usually on the
Tuesday). Please note that the extra payment means only that your order
will be processed promptly and posted by us as quickly as possible. We are
not able to guarantee any date or time of delivery by the Royal Mail -
though it is our experience that their First Class service (which we have
been using for many years) is usually very reliable. We do obtain from the
Post Office a 'Certificate of Posting' stamped with the day of posting for
every parcel. If we fail to send your order within 2 days of receipt then
we will refund the Priority Service charge - this is the limit of our
liability for Priority Service orders..
Please also note that the use of the word ‘days’ above means working
days - i.e. not weekends and bank holidays.
