Standard Service:
Please allow
7-14 days for
delivery. We use Royal Mail for most parcels, however to ensure security for certain large value orders we may use a courier service, please note that a signature will be required
for those orders delivered by a courier.
Priority Service
(only available for orders
less than £70 in value):
Please allow
2-3 (working) days between ordering and delivery. We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1 (working)
day of receipt, if ordered before 5pm. The order will be posted using the delivery service you specify at the checkout.
For a
1-2 day service please also select 'Special
Delivery' as the shipping option in the Shopping Basket. Your order will
be sent via the Royal Mail's 24hr Special Delivery service at additional
cost. This will require a signature on delivery.

please click on the button below (a charge of £5 will be added in the
shopping basket).
Notes:
1)
The use of the word ‘days’ above
means working
days - i.e. not weekends and bank holidays.
2) Priority Service If we fail to post your order within
2 days of receipt then we will refund the whole of the Priority
Service charge. This is
the limit of our liability for priority service.
3) Special Delivery
In the case of late delivery 'Special Delivery' fees will only
be refunded if Royal Mail have accepted liability. This is the limit of our liability for
special delivery.
