1. To change the font size of a line - go to the small boxes to the right of the line - click on the left box to reduce the type size, click the right box to select the largest type size. Changes to the font size will only be seen on the preview page.

  2. To return the font size to the standard (medium) size - click in the centre box.

  3. The type sizes normally used are 11pt for the smallest, 13pt for the medium and 15pt for the largest - these may be altered slightly when taking into account the length and number of lines as well as the chosen typestyle.

  4. The typestyle can be changed at any time on the Stage 2 design page - just click the 'view or change typestyle' button towards the bottom of the page and select the new typestyle from the list.

  5. Number of characters is limited to 480 in total (an average of about 30 on each line if all 15 lines are used but a higher number per line can be squeezed in if you don't use all the lines). Just keep a watch on the 'characters used' and 'number remaining' boxes which change after each line is completed.

  6. For a blank line - enter one or two spaces in the line you want left blank.

  7. Before going to the Preview - make sure that you haven't inadvertently left some spaces or an odd word beyond the ends of any of the  lines.

  8. If, when you view the Preview, one of the lines is 'broken' (ie part of it has gone on to the next line)  it means that you are trying to squeeze to much onto that line! Please redesign your layout by returning to stage 2.

  9. If a typestyle does not appear as it should in the Preview - this is probably because that typestyle is not installed on your computer. However, the cards will be printed using the typestyle you have requested.

  10. Due to limitations of web browsers and monitor resolution the Preview will not accurately reproduce the quality of the printing or size of the typestyle. Nor is it an accurate representation of the size and shape of the announcement/invitation card.

  11. We do reserve the right to make small amendments to your layout if we feel it necessary for reasons of design or accuracy.

  12. If we find any problems with printing your layout we may send you a proof for your approval. The proof will be sent to you as an attachment to an e-mail.
